Performance Feedback for Behavior Change

The course aims to develop and expand managers' abilities to give and receive performance feedback and develop new skills and knowledge to effectively apply the Feedback structured model for better performance and behavior change.

By the end of this training learners will be able to:

  1. Give feedback on a day-to-day basis so they know staff are on the right track
  2. Understand the benefits of giving and receiving performance feedback
  3. Understand the “Dos” and “Don’ts”
  4. Provide developmental feedback in private conversations
  5. Use a guiding feedback model to give positive and constructive feedback
  6. Describe specific behaviors and their impact when delivering feedback
  7. Conclude feedback conversations with action steps.
