This course is to equip managers and leaders to identify the critical actions that they should take to effect change in their teams and Company. They will find here a simple, solution-based path to successful change outcome. The work of managing change is rarely easy, but this module gives the insight and direction needed in order to achieve transformational goals at teams and organizational levels.
