This course is to equip managers and leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude for active management of the employee performance cycle, including performance planning, monitoring, performance evaluation, and reinforcing and improving.

By the end of this training learners will be able to:

1. Define performance management.
2. Describe thoroughly the performance management cycle and all activities related to it.
3. Demonstrate basic techniques of effective feedback.
4. Discuss and understand the connection between the strategy of the company and PMC.
5. Apply the Performance Management Cycle in managing employee performance.
